Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; certificate/diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field is an advantage.
  • Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., understanding debit/credit, petty cash, invoice processing).
  • Able to prepare simple financial records such as daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and payment tracking.
  • Experience handling POS systems, cash collection, and balancing end-of-day transactions.
  • Able to perform admin tasks including data entry, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting) and other office software.
  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle financial information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if required.
  • Prior experience in cashiering, admin, or basic accounting roles is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle daily cash collection, process payments, and operate the POS system.
  • Perform end-of-day cash balancing and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and assist with basic accounting documentation.
  • Manage petty cash and record all expenses accurately.
  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports and updating accounting records.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office documents.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide basic customer service.
  • Update customer information, job orders, and payment status in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and admin area.
  • Ensure all transactions and documents are handled with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support management with any additional tasks or reports when required.
