Job Description
Your tasks
Central Key User (CKU) for SAP QM Module (incoming and receiving process) and CKU for Lab System software. Support the SAP upgrade (HANA) Project. 1st level support of Continental Tire plants with SAP QM. Continuous analysis of the local incoming goods control process within the SAP QM module in all Continental Tire plants and initiation of necessary corrective actions as well as the continuous analysis of the supplier complaint process. Responsibility for creation of manuals & training documents for SAP and Lab System. Coordination of all necessary development activities and updates requested by either the plants or central functions regarding these tools. Training and coordination of local key and shopfloor user. Lead and participate in Quality related projects on local or central level. Ensure roll out of necessary standardization processes throughout the organization.
Your profile
SAP QM / SAP MM - Knowledge of SAP HANA or R3. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Good project management and decision making skills. Good Communication & Presentation Skills. Knowledge of IT Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI. Conflict Management & intercultural sensitivity
