Job Description
Description Primary Objective: To assist with all legal (internal and external) matters pertaining to Group Treasury & Global Markets (GTGM). To report to and assist the Head of Legal and Governance (LCG) pillar in GTGM. Key Responsibilities: Review and coordinate the preparation, negotiation and implementation of treasury-related agreements including: Conventional Treasury related agreements Islamic Treasury related agreements Regulatory Compliance related agreements Ensure all Treasury related legal policies and guidelines are available for guidance. Ensure the process flows in order / reviewed when is required to expedite Treasury Legal Chapter\'s daily operations. Maintaining proper records of the Legal Documentation that fall within the purview of Group Treasury and Global Markets (Head Office only). Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
