Identifying opportunities in the market via new commercial partnerships with existing and emerging channels and platforms.
Crafting partnership and marketing strategies to capture new or potential market segment based on the company\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives
Strategize, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of channel partnership strategies, campaigns, and tactics. Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to achieve better results with our external platform partners.
Identify and establish partnerships with acquisition channel platform partners in the SEA region to expand our user base.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
Secondary Responsibilites
Collaborative Marketing Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with channel partners to achieve set KPIs.
Identify and leverage synergies with partners to create collaborated campaigns, promotions, and events that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Performance Analysis:
Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, assessing their impact on user acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Use data and insights to optimize ongoing partnership strategies and tactics.
Budget Management:
Manage channel partnership marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to yield the highest return on investment.
Keep accurate records of expenses and report on the financial performance of partnerships.
Communication and Reporting:
Keep partners informed about upcoming campaigns and initiatives, as well as important updates related to the partnership.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Partnership Manager and the executive team on partnership performance and results.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging channel partnership opportunities in the SEA region.
Use market insights to proactively identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.

Diploma or a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing / marketing communications / PR / psychology / advertising
Proven experience in channel partnership management, business development, or related roles, particularly in the SEA region.
Work experience in food delivery services / platforms is a bonus.
Strong understanding of partnership marketing, performance metrics, and analytics.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Effective project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for the coffee and hospitality industry is a plus.
