Role Description

At , the role of Partnership Manager is pivotal to our company\'s success. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining \'s channel partner ecosystem. This role entails managing the acquisition process, including identifying potential partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with partners, aligning goals, and fostering mutual success. This position involves close cross-functional collaboration within the team and offers visibility into key initiatives as our company scales.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SaaS sales and a successful track record of channel partner led success. We are seeking someone who can ensure that partners receive a great experience while working with us.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting channel partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective partners throughout the discovery, negotiation, and contract phases.
  • Identify gaps and recommend strategies for improving partnerships.
  • Proactively drive partners to maximize sales and partnership potential through sales best practices, training, and support.
  • Accurately forecast on behalf of partners by understanding their business opportunities and strategy.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to establish and execute on mutually defined goals in the partnership.
  • Build strong relationships with partners through regular engagement with multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Continuously learning and effectively communicate with partners on new product features.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in partner led sales and partner experience.
  • Experienced in Channel/Sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong ability to establish new partnerships.
  • Experienced building business and marketing plans with Partners.
  • Experienced on onboarding partners and making them successful.
  • Well organized, proactive, goal-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on level.
  • Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
