JOB DETAILS Account Development and Management \xc2\xb7 To oversee sales account and for company products. \xc2\xb7 To develop relationships with people working in partner accounts and meeting productivity goals. \xc2\xb7 To generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities for potential future growth. \xc2\xb7 To deliver against an annual sales margin target by ensuring the timely closure of deals with business partner through careful planning and effective communication. \xc2\xb7 To manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning. \xc2\xb7 Assisting the partner in reaching their sales goals while simultaneously growing the channel partner network. \xc2\xb7 Provide product training to customers, sales partners, and new employees. Marketing Management and Support \xc2\xb7 To handle all marketing campaigns for company. \xc2\xb7 Implement go-to-market strategy. \xc2\xb7 Promote a business, product, or service. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. \xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate marketing and design creative products. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with association and advertising agencies. \xc2\xb7 Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure. \xc2\xb7 Create content and messages to further enhance company products through email, web, and more. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies. \xc2\xb7 Work with partners and principals for collaboration on events, webinars and mail campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Handle calls and email requests and online forms from multiple leads requests. General \xc2\xb7 To perform other duties at the discretion of superior and/or management. REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Possesses Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business, marketing, or any related field or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience. With B2B sales experience preferred. \xc2\xb7 Innovative thinkers with excellent people skills who can develop creative strategies for increasing revenue. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel across Malaysia and overseas if needed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
