About the Job In this position, you will lead the commercial aspect of the Malaysia business through management of distributors and channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving profitability targets, devising and implementing strategies, and growing key relationships. This is a role for experienced sales managers from the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry looking for strategic business leadership responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry commercial experience, with an on-field sales background. Knowledge of the pharmacy sales channel is required for this role Distributor management experience P&L management skills Commitment to customer engagement, and a drive for building long-term brand reputation and customer relationships Initiative and the ability to work well independently Excellent communication ability in English and strong presentation skills People-orientedness and an ability to work well with other departments and foster strong relationships Achieving commercial targets and growth objectives Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a scientific discipline Pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry commercial experience, with an on-field sales background.
