Responsible for detailed channel management and dealers' target. . To monitor and build market shares in the market. . To lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and solve their inquiries on products, promotions and after-sales services. . To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market. . To manage channel development and relationship management. Requirements: . At least 3 years of working experience in the IT network or CCTV field is required. . Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales. . Have strong relationship management skills. . Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize. . Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
