Our Ideal Candidate
Have minimum technical and functional knowledge of the security products, tools and services/capabilities
Have good understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM tools
Has excellent track record in running complex platform support environment (either database, network, data centre)
Has good understanding into infrastructure components including databases (Oracle, SQL), network, data centre, firewall, proxy, Operating System (Windows and LINUX)
System administrative skills
Has good understanding of CMDB \xe2\x80\x93 Configuration Management Database handling.
Have independently led and governed the on-boarding controls (non-functional) prior to operationalising the system or managing \xe2\x80\x98proceed to operate\xe2\x80\x99 for non-functional controls
Has supported Change Management and Incident Management functions
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams
Strong analytical and quantitative skill
Strong leader, who inspires and cultivates strong partnership with clients and internal partners

Experience with enterprise data centre design, DevOps, and Cloud Computing
