Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide online customer service through a live chat support system.
  • Managing and monitoring social medial platforms
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role is a plus
  • Handling day to day escalation from customers.
