- Minimum Education: Degree in related field is preferred
- Can communicate in English (compulsory) and Japanese or Mandarin (optional)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- A passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
