Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff Requirements ? Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage ? SPM with relevant experience may apply ? Min 1 year of working experience as Sushi Chef ? Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques ? Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays ?
