Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the sushi bar \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with kitchen crew \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for replenish stock \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM with relevant experience may apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 1 year of working experience as Sushi Chef \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
