-To give strategic guidance and direction to management team to ensure that the company achieves its vision, mission and objectives.

-Creating and implementing the organizations vision and mission

-To provide guidance, support and lead the business division/department to develop company's business.

-Developing high quality business strategies and plan ensuring their alignment with the organization's short and long-term objectives

-To advice Board of Director (BOD) on company's business development and operations matter

-Ensure a sustainable safety culture within the organization

-Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics

-Direct and monitor the implementation of business strategies, company development and growth plan

-Building and maintaining an effective and competent management team

-Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure achievement of desired results and Company KPI

-Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.

-Assessing risks and opportunities to the company while ensuring sufficient businesses secured for the company to achieved targeted revenue, profitability & market coverage

-Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable

-Answerable to the BOD on overall company performance and development.

-Liaise with the leaders from external parties and head of companies within the Group of companies on the relevant company matter or corporate matter
Requirements

-At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

-Minimum 10 years impressive background in Oil & Gas Industry

-Minimum 15 years experiences in a similar senior management role
