Requirements:

Scopes:

To prepare full set account and provide account closing every month. Analyzed monthly and annually P&L. Propose action plan to be taken to the management.
To prepare cash flow planning for the company operation, including chasing payment, manage daily, weekly, monthly operation expenses.
To prepare product and operation costing analysis, simulate the costing outcome and propose action plan to be taken to the management.
To strategize company budget planning. Monthly compare every department budget Vs actual expense and provide guideline to department\xe2\x80\x99s HOD.
To deal with company account auditor. To lead a team to defend company during audit period.
To minimize tax liability and to apply certain tax benefit /tax allowance while filing our company tax.
To deal with all bankers and handle banking facilities include BA/OD/LC/TT etc.
To deal with corporate exercise (with other directors), fund rising, government authorities, licensing, involve in special project, lead the team and involve in IPO/Public Listing activities if any.
To comply company ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirement.
Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
