-Formulate and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve ambitious user acquisition and revenue targets.

-Lead cross-functional teams, including product operations, digital marketing, website operations, and the Product team, to drive growth initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

-Drive the optimization of user acquisition campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Google, iOS, Twitter, and others, aiming to maximize cost-effectiveness and acquire high-quality traffic.

-Possess a profound understanding of user acquisition and traffic generation techniques, including expertise in obtaining online traffic from diverse countries and regions.

-Collaborate closely with the Website Operations team to align product strategies with the market requirements of Korean, Indian, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and other relevant markets.

-Work in collaboration with the Website Operations team to identify cultural nuances and user preferences in these markets, integrating them into product and marketing strategies.

-Collaborate with the Product team to translate user insights, market trends, and business requirements into actionable product features, enhancements, and roadmap planning.

-Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) metrics.

-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user surveys to identify user needs, preferences, and trends.

-Transform user insights into practical product features, enhancements, and improvements in user experience.

-Devise and execute A/B testing plans to optimize essential product metrics and drive user engagement.

-Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
