Job Description


  • Oversee the daily operations of the multiple outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments, including finance, purchasing, IT, marketing communications (Marcom), HR, administration, and maintenance.
  • Manage a back-office team of 40 employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Supervise the operations of 25 retail outlets across Malaysia, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability ensuring company standards and regulation, maintaining food safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and objectives, ensuring long-term growth and success.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the procurement and supply chain processes to ensure quality and stability of raw material supplies along with timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.
  • Ensure the effective use of technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities and equipment to support smooth operations.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Report on operational status to the CEO and senior management team, providing detailed operational reports and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and purchasing.
  • Experience in managing retail operations with a focus on enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices, ensuring all restaurants meet standards.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management in the restaurant industry, optimizing procurement and inventory processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
