Responsibilities : 1. Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, administrations, sales, marketing, accounting, panel and other department. 2. Meets with and reports to the director about the company\'s daily operation, as well as about the director\'s plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operation strategy or other company goals and objectives. 3. Helps support other general/senior managers and employees. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications : 1. Bachelor\'s Degree in Healthcare Management / Healthcare Administration / Health Science Management / MBA 2. At least 3 years of related working (healthcare / clinics / pharmacy background) 3. Ability to train, develop, manage and run the group of clinics 4. Have a good skill in management and marketing 5. Proficient in English and Malay. 6. We prefer candidates outside from Johor to apply !
