Job Description

• Establish a company team tailored to meet the goals of overseeing the Companys impactful development projects.

• Strategize and define project objectives and goals.

• Oversee and organize project resources effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the senior management team to monitor and address risks and issues in project delivery, encompassing financial, quality, and timeline aspects.

• Conduct evaluations and implement value engineering for projects.

• Handle both pre and post-contract management processes.

• Monitor and address project risks and issues, covering financial, quality, and timeline considerations in project delivery.

• Supervise individual tasks within respective teams with meticulous attention to detail, aiming to prevent unforeseen challenges and cost overruns.

• Possession of a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• A minimum of 15 years of practical experience serving as a project lead in mid to large-scale projects and construction management.

• Exposure to diverse projects, including township development, landed and high-rise residential, as well as commercial and industrial development, spanning from conceptualization and planning to construction and project completion.

• Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.

• Familiarity with the companys financial performance.

• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to land matters, planning, building, safety, environmental concerns, defect management, project accounting, project costing, and project scheduling.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

• Strong organizational abilities, including attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking.

• Demonstrated expertise in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
