Job Description
1. Lead the strategic planning processes and the business\xe2\x80\x99s long-term strategic development plans.
2. Develop, implement and review overall strategic, system and operational plans in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s development, growth and expansion.
3. Full accountability for developing and executing operation and expansion plans of Gurney Paragon Mall.
4. Oversees and support the operational function of the mall by providing strategic and operational leadership in developing and executing operational strategies and plans to ensure efficient and effective operations of these company.
