Job Description

Our client is global FMCG company currently on the search of an experienced and visionary Head of Strategic Marketing with a strong project management background. The selected individual will lead the marketing efforts and guide the strategic trajectory of the brand.

Job Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible for driving clear portfolio architecture, including pack/price/channel mapping as well as potential opportunities
• Lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company\'s business goals and values.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Define and refine the brand\'s unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging to resonate with the target audience and differentiate us in the market.
• Apply strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives across ASIA, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies, brand development, and marketing trends.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and market insights to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining cross-functional partnerships.
