Overall management of processes with adequate planning, resources and skills to assist the business / operating units in formulating their operational requirements in meeting our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
Ensure adequate Process Governance is adopted by all relevant business / operating units in their processes. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Plan and organize effective and timely delivery of new/improved/revised processes.
Train and develop resources with further process and documentation skills towards making significant improvements in broadened scope of processes.
Continuous identification and implementation of enhancements to improve the documentation and repository process.
Operations
Overall responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of Operations & Methods team.
Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance organization\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency (reduce cost), effectiveness (improve quality/customer service) and agility (increase flexibility to meet changing business needs)
Manage the provision of effective documentation of operational documents related to processes, new services, products and systems as broadly defined by process owners or instituted by regulations and industry practices.
Provide advisory support across RHB Banking Group on documentation concepts and standards.
Manage timely dissemination of approved documents to RHB Banking Group users and official custodian.
Have adequate control on issuance of circulars and documents including referencing, notation, storage and documentation standards for RHB Banking Group.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree in related disciplines e.g. Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations at an established Financial Institutions preferably with a number of years with Systems & Methods related work.
Strong leadership traits, strategic planning, organizational and execution skills.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
