Job Description

Job Scope:

1. Circuit Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose and repair defective PCBs and electronic components from walkie talkie products. Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering/desoldering tools for precise fault isolation and repair.
2. Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled maintenance on production test equipment, SMT machinery, and ESD systems.
3. Support Production

Provide real-time technical support to the production line for any electrical/circuit-related breakdowns. Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on failure analysis.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper repair records and failure analysis logs. Report recurring circuit issues for improvement actions.
5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with ESD protection and safety procedures during maintenance work.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in circuit/electronic repair (preferably in electronics or EMS industry). Familiar with SMD soldering, PCB testing, basic RF knowledge is an advantage. Able to read circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.). Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Basic communication skills in English and Mandarin (to handle technical documents and support Mandarin-speaking engineers).
