Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above, in Civil Management or any related field
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in NFP or NSP business is an added advantage.
Software: Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, C++ programs, Photoshop (basic), SketchupPro (basic), REVIT, TEKIA.

Responsibilities

Study and understand construction drawings and organize workers, materials, and machinery to carry out daily construction on site.
Supervise the construction progress, transportation of materials, conduct a safety inspection and solve problems on-site.
Supervise the site construction including manpower, materials, machinery to ensure the progress meets the requirement of the overall work program, the quality meets the requirement of drawings and specifications, and the ESH meets the requirement of SOP.
Take over the materials procured by Procurement Department, and make arrangements of manpower and machinery on unloading.
Assist with calculating the quantity of each item in BQ according to drawings.
