A Local Conglomerate that has quickly risen to prominence with a diversified business specialization in Construction, Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Property Development.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Oversee and supervise various civil engineering projects, guaranteeing their timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and adherence to the highest quality standards.\xc2\xb7 Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications and plans for all construction operations and create a schedule for various civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Preparing technical concept paper, proposal and presentation materials for projects progress status.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all projects adhere to the regulations and standards set by local, state, and federal authorities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the project resource is utilized at the optimal level.\xc2\xb7 Establish and nurture robust connections with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the development and administration of project budgets, encompassing tasks such as estimating costs, allocating resources, and providing financial reports.\xc2\xb7 Be well informed about the most recent developments in the industry, including trends, technology, and best practices.JOB REQUIREMENTS\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field\xc2\xb7 10-15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.\xc2\xb7 Language Proficiency in Malay and English.
