Key Responsibilities: Your main focus will be ensuring exceptional customer service experiences while streamlining the customs clearance process. Act as a direct point of contact for customers from the Singapore market via call s and emails, providin g guidance on clearance instructions, delivery-related issues, handling paperwork requests, as well as addressing exceptions, inquiries, and feedback on shipment clearance matters. Your aim is to optimiz e clearance efficiency and maximizing customer satisfaction. Prepare all necessary documentation for inbound shipments requiring formal entries, ensuring compliance with SG Customs regulations. Any other job-related tasks assigned by the manager. Skills Required: Strong Spoken and Written English (liaising with Singapore customers ) Customer S ervice A ccuracy and A ttention to D etail Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Office and PC Skills Minimum Requirements: Graduates with at least a Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates with a can-do attitude are encouraged to apply! Those with Secondary Education with 2 to 3 years of Experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations or general Logistics experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong English proficiency is a must . Comfortable working a fixed night shift (9pm to 7am Mondays to Thursdays, 9pm to 6am Fridays). W ork on Malaysian Public Holidays is required to align with the SG Public Holiday schedule.
