Checking and inspection of Structural, Infra, Architectural and M&E works done by contractors
Ensure contractor comply to construction drawings and specifications
Inspect Architectural works and ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works
Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities on all site matters
Proper records and documentation of all activities on site
Report project status / discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and documented
Take immediate action if any problem / emergency happen at site
Verify progress claim with QS Department

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil),Architecture
Preferably at least 4 years of related working experience.
Preferably undefined specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
