Job Brief: CLERK OF WORK (TO BE BASED AT IPOH / KAMPAR)Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities

• Checking and inspection of Structural, Infra, Architectural and M&E works done by contractors with inspection form
• Ensure contractor comply to construction drawings and specifications
• Inspect Architectural works and ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works
• Coordinate & liaison effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities to resolve all the site matters
• Attend site meeting and report site progress/activities/issues
• Proper records and documentation of all activities on site
• Report project status / discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and documented
• Take immediate action if any problem / emergency happen at site
• Monitor & update work progress monthly
• Verify progress claim & VO work with QS Department
• Prepare progress photo for billing
• Prepare forecast billing every month
• Familiar with CCC & VP process
• Others task assigned by superior
• Based in Ipoh / Kampar

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institutions
• Min 5 years working experience in property development / construction company
• Familiar with Structural, Infra, M&E and Architectural Works
• Able to resolve site matter with contractor and consultant effectively
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, MS Project
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and also good teamwork
• Possess own transport
