PERSONAL SECRETARY :- 1. Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations. 2. Maintain records of engineers and assist in their movements. 3. Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team. 4. Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management. 5. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department. 6. Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department. 7. Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties. 8. Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required. 9. Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims and etc. 10. Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team. 11. Prepare and raise purchases requisition for project management. Required Qualifications & Skills:- 1. Min Diploma in Personal Secretary. 2. Proficient in MS Office. 3. Able to work independently and a good team player. 4. Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 5. Fast learner. 6. Willing to relocate Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: Employee are required to wear face mask at all times and practice social distancing as well as sanitizing hands regularly.
