Description
Essential / Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit
Trusts.
2. Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.
3. Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and
customers.
4. Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.
5. Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.
6. Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax
voucher to customer upon request.
7. Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.
8. Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters
related to daily investors\' transactions.
9. Adhoc task as assign by Superior
Experience/ Qualifications/Requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least SPM and above or other equivalent with working
experience
\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
\xc2\xb7 Good communication in English and Malay \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented, organize, self-motivated & ability to work independently \xc2\xb7 Responsible, positive and aggressive attitude.
