Job Description


Description:

  • Handle incoming calls from branches, agents, and customers about Unit Trusts.
  • Provide in-person customer service at the counter for both customers and agents.
  • Follow up on incomplete transactions from branches, agents, and customers.
  • Address written inquiries from agents and customers.
  • Propose improvements to enhance customer service processes.
  • Issue confirmation advice, account statements, audit confirmations, and tax vouchers upon request.
  • Assist investors and agents with issues related to the online platform.
  • Coordinate with service providers and other departments on daily investor transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
  • Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
  • Good communication in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
