Handle incoming calls from branches, agents, and customers about Unit Trusts.
Provide in-person customer service at the counter for both customers and agents.
Follow up on incomplete transactions from branches, agents, and customers.
Address written inquiries from agents and customers.
Propose improvements to enhance customer service processes.
Issue confirmation advice, account statements, audit confirmations, and tax vouchers upon request.
Assist investors and agents with issues related to the online platform.
Coordinate with service providers and other departments on daily investor transactions.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage
Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
Good communication in English
Good interpersonal skills
