• Candidate must possess at SPM certificate, Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree and Fresh graduate also welcome.
• Able to work in shift including night time shift and weekends.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, professional, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Assistants man the reception, will greet patients at the reception, must have a pleasant personality.
• Able to use Clinic IT System to Register, set up appointments, verify patient details with insurance company.
• Answer all correspondence (phone call, email etc)
• Have good documentation and must be able to do filing
• Able to dispense medications, do inventories of medications
• Be able to assist doctors in providing care for the patient such as during procedures, blood taking and carrying out blood investigations.
• Ensure cleanliness of the working environment.
• Sterilize and tidy medical instruments after use.
• cleaning wounds and applying surgical dressings and bandages
• monitoring pain and discomfort experienced by patients
• planning and participating in health education programmes, health promotion and patient education activities in clinical settings
