- Able to speak in English and Malay
- Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Interpersonal skills to mediate between patients and healthcare providers
- Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimal proficiency in computer skills
- Creating a positive attitude by welcoming and assisting clinic patients
- Obtaining patients' personal and health information for record purpose
- Setting up and stocking both consultation and procedure rooms
- Sterilizing medical equipment equipment and sanitising designated area
- Assisting doctors with minor medical procedures such as sutures, dressing
- Able to perform simple medical procedures such as ECG
