BHD. is a team of registered physiotherapists that collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncturists to provide the highest quality home physiotherapy. Our team works diligently to treat pain, injuries and assist patients regain their functions, allowing for a better quality of life. We prioritize confidence, mobility and strength, and are based in Johor Bahru. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Assistant. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling receptionist duties, customer service, medical terminology, patient care, and other administrative tasks required by the clinic located in Johor Bahru. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in handling receptionist duties and customer service Ability to utilize and understand medical terminology Experience in patient care and infection control Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of basic medical procedures and patient charting Comfortable learning new systems, and must be proficient in the use of computer systems and software Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin Chinese and Malay is an advantage
