Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.
Proficiency in using medical equipment and basic computer applications.
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care protocols.
Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, optionally English, Mandarin.

Responsibilities
Patient Care and Support: Escort patients, provide assistance during examinations, and address inquiries, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.
Medical Assistance: Aid healthcare practitioners during treatments, minor surgeries, and other medical procedures.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately record and report patients\' vital signs and pertinent medical data.
Inventory and Equipment Management: Assist in maintaining medical supplies, instruments, and equipment inventory.
Documentation and Records Management: Maintain updated, confidential patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
