• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, optionally English, Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

• Patient Care and Support: Escort patients, provide assistance during examinations, and address inquiries, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Medical Assistance: Aid healthcare practitioners during treatments, minor surgeries, and other medical procedures.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately record and report patients\' vital signs and pertinent medical data.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Assist in maintaining medical supplies, instruments, and equipment inventory.
• Documentation and Records Management: Maintain updated, confidential patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment schedules, handle phone calls, and perform essential clerical duties.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to established protocols, standards, and safety regulations in the clinical environment.
