Job Responsibilities:

• Providing L1 & L2 technical support to marketing website, internet insurance, APIs platform and AWS Data lake.
• Managing production incident ticket SLA on Prod related applications. Identifying and resolving production related technical issues.
• Monitor application availability. Notify stakeholder when issue detected.
• Fix all security vulnerabilities detected or found in application code.
• Ensure latest patch or latest library used to mitigate cyber security risk. Constantly upgrade library version while ensure application still functional.
• Participates in UAT and review test results from business and be part of any new project business requirements.
• Be part of change management to ensure production changes are validated and obtain proper approvals before any changes can be deployed in production systems.
• Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to Application Development team locally and regionally.
• Be part of project to support transition phase to ensure a smooth transition.
• Extensive dealing with business users and external vendor support.
• People management as part of personal development.
• Strong technical skills and experience in handling Cloud (AWS) and handling of the scope as mentioned in the Cloud Support Proposal previously.
• Experienced in Production Support on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management on troubleshooting of incidents, problem tickets, RCA identification & resolution.
• Capable to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fast learner
• Is a team player
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with all level of internal and external users

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
• 1 Contract positions available
