• Previous experience in a similar capacity with a five star hotel.

• Oversee Pullman Kuching & Pullman Miri Waterfront pastry department.
• The Cluster Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for creating and updating dessert menus, as well as developing new recipes and technique.
• To ensure that all desserts and baked goods meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• To ensure that all staffs are trained in food safety and sanitation procedures, and that these procedures are followed rigorously.
• Responsible for managing the pastry department\'s budget, including tracking expenses and revenue.
• To stay up-to-date with industry trends and technique, and may conduct research and development to improve existing recipes or develop new ones.
• Work closely with other chefs in the kitchen to ensure that desserts and pastries complement the rest of the menu.
• Actively interact with the guests and may be responsible for addressing any questions or concerns related to the pastry department.
