Job Location: Penang, Malaysia Preferred Nationality : Indian Role & responsibilities Programming Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification. Setup, operate, and maintains measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures for inspection, by using VMM. Buy-off and verified the FA parts as per drawing/spec requirements before sent out customer verification. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area at all times. Able to train Machine Operators to operate CNC machines and continue production for mass prod. Develop/improve CNC machining processes, and maintain the master CNC program directory through proper file management techniques, to ensure the integrity of CNC programs. Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements. Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines and other in-house machines. Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issues. Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedication to building high-quality deliverables. Self-task management and progress report. Good communication skills and ability to lead subordinates and work in a team. Self-motivated and good team player. High Responsibility. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management Able to perform overtime work when needed. Operating and setting up CNC Milling / Turning machinery for daily tasks Perform CAD/CAM programming using MasterCAM. Perform quality check on finished products using precision instruments. Perform housekeeping activities on work area Requirements: Age must be 27 years & above Diploma or Degree with 5 years hands on experience ITI with 8 years hands on experience Good communication skill (English) Preferred Nationality : Indian Candidates for this position should be willing to migrate and work in Malaysia, as the job location is Penang, Malaysia
