The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities : Direct, lead and plan the overall sales strategies for business growth. Strategize and plan the annual sales target and forecast (Sales & Revenue, Profit & Loss, Pricing Strategy). Work together with Country Leader to drive the revenue-generation of the company by consistently meeting sales targets. Build strong rapport with meeting customer to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps and pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accuracy reporting in Sales System. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the industry Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities. Establish good rapport with local authorities, government agencies, corporate and public sectors. Qualification: At least 8 years experience in Cleaning Industry Commercial Building & Construction, Public Utilities, Food Chain Industry. Strategical thinking, strong in customer relationship management. Experienced in handling big accounts and developing new big account/potential with vast connection. Market intelligence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
