  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electromechanical Engineering, Engineering, Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with business operations experience in electromechanical engineering projects.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English for business communication and document handling.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong team spirit.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, capable of handling complex business matters independently.
  • Detail-oriented, with a good sense of professional ethics and confidentiality.
ResponsibilitiesInquiry and Quotation
  • Responsible for the inquiry work of electromechanical engineering projects,including but not limited to equipment, materials, and services.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain the best quality quotations andconduct price negotiations.
  • Develop reasonable quotation schemes based on project needs andmarket conditions.
Cost Analysis:
  • Analyze and streamline local costs to ensure the rationality andcompetitiveness of project costs.
  • Monitor and control project costs during implementation, promptlyidentifying and resolving cost anomalies.
  • Create and manage project cost ledgers, regularly reporting cost status tomanagement.
Supplier Management:
  • Maintain and expand supplier resources, establishing stable suppliercooperation relationships.
  • Evaluate suppliers' qualifications and performance to ensure supplierquality and service levels meet company requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and organize various business documents, including inquirysheets, quotation sheets, and contracts.
  • Compile project progress reports and cost analysis reports to ensuresmooth project execution.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Maintain good communication with project teams, suppliers, andcustomers to ensure information flow.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve business issues
