Job Description

Food Preparation:

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs.

Cooking Assistance:

Help cook dishes and ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature standards are met.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and rotate stock to minimize waste.

Hygiene & Safety:

Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
