: 1. Able to accurately measuring meal ingredients. 2. Able to assist in preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits. 3. Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies. 4. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers. 5. Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized. Job Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred 2. Having 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role. 3. Knowledge of best practices for of food health, and safety regulations. 4. Able to work efficiently under pressure and stand for extended period.
