Job Requirement

• Good Knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine of various none and vegetarian curries and appetizer (Focus on Northern Style)
• Skills in Tandoor cooking of various Kebabs and Indian Specialty Breads (Would be a plus)
• English Knowledge language and able to communicated
• 4 Year work experience / Trained under an authentic Indian Chef (Don\'t want fusion or modified Indian style cooking)
• Basic Hygiene Knowledge
• Passionate about cooking
• Guest and quality orientated
• Positive friendly and helpful attitude, open minded, willing to learn and adapt.

Briefed

• Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not prepare beyond estimated needs.
• Comply with Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
