Assist in all pastries preparation and production arrangement.
Able to perform basic icing and cake decoration.
Perform all finishing and labeling of cakes when required.
Maintain high cleanliness and food storage standard in the kitchen.
Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
Report any maintenance issue to Sous Chef / Head Chef immediately.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
i. Qualifications: Culinary Art
ii. Experience: Pastry experience will be added advantage.
iii. Skills / Competencies:
Have a passion for pastry and baking.
Pleasant personality, good work attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel.
Fast learner.
Adapt to the needs of business.
Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
iv. Good command of English, Malay or Mandarin.
