  • Collect data, prepare, and calculate sales commission within specified deadlines.
  • Validates data to ensure efficiency and accuracy of commission calculating components.
  • Validate and register approved sales commission agreements.
  • Compile and distribute customized individual employee monthly/bi-monthly commission statement.
  • Prepare sales commission accrual.
  • Maintain sales commission reconciliation.
  • Prepare commission payout reports.
  • Provide internal support in direct response to commission compensation inquiries.
  • Maintain and ensure commission database tracking is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and maintain sales commission process flow documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly sales operating report and statistics.
  • Responsible for commission projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) from a college or university in a business-related field (Finance or Accounting preferred) plus a minimum of 3 years related experience, Corporate FP&A, MNC preferred.
  • Sales commission experience is preferred, but not a required.
  • Commercial contract interpretation experience.
  • Financial modeling knowledge.
  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is preferred.
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong work ethic and adaptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal customers.
