Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead in-house DIE test machine bring-up, testing, and validation; create plans and complete equipment tuning to ensure validation items meet targets. Troubleshoot abnormalities found during validation, work with Product Engineers to resolve issues, and keep clear, traceable records. Own validation documentation and revision control for test items and test versions. Maintain and service test tools/fixtures/instruments used during validation. Conduct incoming inspection/acceptance for new equipment, follow up with suppliers on corrective actions, and long-term improvements.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Computer, Electronics, Communications, or related majors;
Deep understanding of electronic products.
Familiar with laboratory instruments and manufacturing control; experience in mechanical/electrical debugging or equipment tuning is a plus.2+ years in validation/test or related roles; hands-on with common instruments and equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope).
Able to read/write basic Chinese and English Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn; strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with clear logic.Rotational shifts with OT opportunities
during peak demand with strong communication and teamwork, with professionalism and ownership.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
