  • developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the hotel\'s brand image, attract guests, and ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • The role involves managing the hotel\'s public relations, media relations, social media presence, and content creation for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Works closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that align with the hotel\'s goals and target audience.
  • Additionally, he/she oversees crisis communication, ensuring that any negative publicity is managed swiftly and effectively.
  • The role requires excellent writing and editing skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to foster relationships with media outlets and influencers. Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced hospitality environment are key to succeeding in this role.
Requirement
  • Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications, public relations, or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with the media.
  • Fluent written and spoken English / Malay and Chinese; additional language i.e., Korean is a definite advantage.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
