Job Description


Job Responsibilities: In summary, the role exist to assist in the day to day strategy, operation and Company secretarial matters. Job responsibilities include but not limited below:

  • Report directly to CEO / Managing Director(MD) to support in the day to day official scheduling administration including meetings and company secretarial matters.
  • Assisting CEO / MD to strategize on certain scopes.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including correspondence, reports, memos as directive by the CEO /MD.
  • Any other Company secretarial / administrative duties required for the role
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field preferably in Company secretarial field from a recognize higher learning institution
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant company secretarial experience and conversant in English/Malay or any 3rd language with full spectrum of administration work
  • Trustworthy and able to manage any confidential information
  • Mature and pleasant personality
  • MUST WILLING to travel within business locations Ipoh, Sitiawan, KL from time to time/ weekly based on the necessitated
