KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in performing risk analysis and acceptance of the clients of TMF Group
• Ensure record keeping of client acceptance files according to local and TMF Group internal regulations
• Maintaining and updating of TMF Compliance database
• Following procedures consistently and maintaining audit trails for all AML and KYC actions taken
• Monitoring of AML / KYC quality standards as directed
• Being up to date with Policy & Procedure changes

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Professional in related careers
• At least two years of experience working in compliance departments.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
• Concern for quality
• English and Spanish professional fluency
