• Manage & run the quality assurance strategy & program for ESCOE ensuring that expected standards are met
• In coordination with the 3rd party teams, proactively provide insightful analysis of where to remediate areas of non-compliance optimally without rework
• Work with relevant teams to ensure that SOx controls are operating as expected & propose improvement plans wherever applicable
• Develop & roll out a proactive QA process on control operations within EsCoE
• Active supervision of 3rd party support teams ensuring 100% compliance to required standards & policies.
• Run & champion domain specific initiatives across workstreams.
• SPOC for control owners / system SMEs for any control related activities
• Monitor overall health of their specific domains & flag.
• Lead remediation activities/ IRI for their specific domains & provide support into other ad hoc activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Control landscape championing simplification & automation mentality.
• Undertake incident reviews and analysis, including root cause analysis and adequacy of actions to address identified weaknesses.
• Support in projects with ESCOE involvement
• Build and maintain good working relationships with management, including regular progress meetings with key stakeholders and ensuring any problems or requests are dealt with promptly.
• Project management, including creation of accurate and up to date information for internal reporting
• Coordinate or participate in the delivery of training to required parties on a need basis

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree educated with relevant professional qualification (e.g. CISA, ITIL, CGEIT or CISSP)
• 5-8 years IT risk and controls experience with significant accounting firm or a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating corporate environment.
• Experience of IT internal controls in a SOx environment.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders & external parties
• Experience in reviewing core IT processes and assessing the adequacy of governance models
• Experience in describing technical IT/SAP system situations into non-technical business scenarios and risks for senior management.
• Knowledge on SAP GRC will be a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to describe technical IT scenarios to senior
• The ability to summarize significant amounts of management information into the key messages including impact assessments and recommendations.
